Aris was born and raised in Athens, Greece, where he spent summers exploring the Greek islands and countryside. He studied Industrial and Operations Engineering at the University of Michigan and earned an MBA from London Business School. He began his career as a consultant with EY in Chicago, gaining experience in client service and project management.

While living abroad, Aris often shared the history and culture of Greece with friends and organized their trips back home. Today, he combines international business experience with a passion for hospitality, creating authentic and memorable experiences in his homeland.

He enjoys long evenings by the sea, sharing good food, local wine, and meaningful conversation under the Greek sunset.

One of the highlights of the trip was dinner the 2nd night in Athens at Krabo. This beach side restaurant was a unique mixture of cuisine, vibes, and ambiance. The energy, dance, and cocktails were amazing.
